Snack with chef Ferrotti who also uses... the shell of our eggs

A splendid, and warm, early autumn Sunday on the estate of our farm, among guests and free hens the chef Simone Ferrotti of the restaurant La Piazzetta 2070 (BS) who prepared irresistible and very original desserts with eggs from The Garda Egg.
